这门课会讲什么？
本课程力图提供一个适合西方文论精讲的话语环境，因此，将尽量展现贴近西方文论场景的外景和内景，同时又能体现中国元素，包括现代化的艺术馆、图书馆、街道，还有与传播、接受西方文论相关中国学者故居以及直接与本材料相关的故居、文化场所等，这样，既避免了国内学生对本课的隔阂感，同时又让海外观摩本课者看到中国与西方文论的密切关联，我们是从中国视角来讲解西方文论的原典，这将是本课一个最大的亮点。

通过学习本门课程，你将获得如下：
1.由教师进行的整体知识背景介绍详细化，文学理论的引导讲解重视精读，立足文本，结合实践进行有针对性的评论；
2.有计划地传达英美文化常识、英语学习技巧（听力、口语、写作等）、英语概论以及留学信息，开拓学生视野，增强教学深度与趣味性；
3.同时由于慕课授课的特点，增加思考提问环节，在可控范围内使学生参与到慕课制作与学习中来。
