本课程教学内容介绍思辨与交流相关理论、方法及技巧,采用讲解、举例示范、课外操练相结合的形式,帮助学生加深对英语思辨与有效交流的理解,掌握基本技能,提高实际操作能力,在讲授相关知识与技能的同时,辅以练习、任务、讨论、测试等环节,以促进学生自主学习,拓宽知识面,提高对国内外大事的敏感度,提高其严谨的科学意识,增强逻辑思维能力,并进一步提高英语听力及口头表达能力。

课程将体现“自主学习”+“讨论答疑”+“扩展训练”的教学改革:课程视频着重介绍思辨与交流相关理论知识;答疑区根据学生反馈,解决每单元重点、难点,并根据课后习题评估学生对知识点的掌握情况;通过讨论区的互动,教师可针对具有普遍性的问题着重强调,进一步给予指导,引导学生提高思辨及表达能力;通过课程提供的辅助材料,学生可以进行扩展学习;鼓励学生通过参加英语演讲、辩论、模联等赛事得到锻炼,获得更多实践经验。

课程评价采用教师参与+学生互评、正向激励为主的评价体系:期末结课测试为主观题,综合评估课程学习成果。
