 私法，相对于公法，一般而言指的是规范私权关系、保护私人利益的法律，如民法、商法等。本课程以私法的英语表达方式为主要授课内容，当然，所涉及美剧中也不乏刑事等公法的案例，也有助于大家理解欧美法律制度和社会制度。
